This is a project I have been working on for quite some time. It showcases a lot of my abilities that I have pick up as an artist. In total the project includes 5 large images I created using photoshop layering and my figure drawing abilities, 5 3D Paper monster models, A python script working in conjunction with blender that cuts the paper models pieces out of a flat surface/virtual paper and folds them into shape and finally several animated figures designed to expound upon the intended message.

The intended outcome of this project is to produce serval videos designed to help those struggling with mental illness. It is a visualization of a principle outlined in ACT therapy. Something that is near and dear to my heart, as these principles helped me on my own journey through some very debilitating mental illness.

It was this project that first introduced me to the world of CGI. The models were initially intended to be actual paper models, and as the project progressed, I realized that the message could be better told using 3D animations. I am a natural learner and have learned everything online. Always looking to learn more.
